Simple to prepare but super healthy and super yummy, this recipe is perfect for chocolate lovers and is great eaten hot right out of the oven, but it also lends itself very well to being eaten over the next few days, so cook once and have breakfast several days!

1Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
2Add the oat flakes, eggs and milk and mix well.
3Pour into a mould or baking dish of your choice, making sure that the dough remains at least a couple of cm high.
4Decorate with chocolate chips.
5Bake at 180 degrees in a static oven for about 30 minutes (to check if it is cooked, insert a toothpick, your baked oat will be perfectly cooked if it comes out dry).
