For 3 Pancakes: mix 50 g of product with 50 ml of hot water obtaining a lump-free dough and let it rest for a few minutes. Cook on a preheated non-stick pan, turning the pancake over. For the Waffles: use the same mixture for the preparation of pancakes by cooking it in the special Waffles machine. For 4 muffins: mix 100g of product with 125ml of hot water (or milk) to obtain a homogeneous dough, leave to rest for a few minutes, cook in the appropriate molds for 15/18 minutes in the preheated oven at 150 ° C.
