1In a saucepan, combine the erythritol, turmeric and protein powder and stir with a whisk.
2Add cold milk and drops of vanilla-flavoured Zero Drops.
3Then thicken the cream over a medium heat while continuing to stir.
4As soon as the cream is thick, remove from the heat and pour onto a plate or into a bowl to stop cooking.
5Chill and store in the refrigerator covered for 2-3 days at the most.
