1.Pour the erythritol and sunflower oil into a bowl, adding water if necessary until the erythritol is completely dissolved.
2.Add the oatmeal, cinnamon and baking powder.
3.Mix until the dough is smooth.
4.Wrap the resulting dough ball with plastic wrap and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
5.After 1 hour has passed, roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 0.5 cm thick.
6.Cut out with Christmas shapes.
7.Spread on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment paper.
8.Bake in a static oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 6 minutes.
