1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
2 Take a madeleine mould, grease it with spray oil, place a teaspoon of mixture in the mould, add a raspberry cut in 2 and cover with another teaspoon of mixture.
3 Decorate with coconut flakes.
4 Bake at 170 degrees in a static oven for 12 minutes.
