Ingredients

  • Coconut milk 100 g
  • Greek yoghurt 120 g
  • Erythritol 10 g
  • Coconut powder 5 g
  • Xanthan gum 2 g
  • Bio protein granola BPR Nutrition 40 g
  • BPR Strawberry Jam Nutrition 30 g
  • Fresh raspberries 30 g

Preparation

Place the Greek yoghurt, coconut milk, erythritol, coconut powder and xanthan gum in a bowl and whip with a whisk for about 2 minutes.

Leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

In a glass, arrange the yoghurt mousse, strawberry jam and granola in layers, decorate with fresh raspberries.

The mousse can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days.
