Porridge is the typical Anglo-Saxon breakfast now widespread all over the world. You can enrich it every day with any kind of fruit, dried fruit, nuts, honey, or you can enjoy it au naturel, in all its exquisite simplicity.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes neutral flavour BPR Nutrition 50 g
  • Water 75 ml
  • Skimmed milk 75 ml
  • Banana 100 g
  • Blueberries 20 g
  • Chia seed 5 g

Preparation

Put the oat flakes, water and milk in a small saucepan.

Cook for 4/5 minutes over a medium flame, stirring occasionally until creamy in consistency.

Once cooked, transfer the porridge to a bowl and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Complete by decorating the porridge with the sliced banana, blueberries and chia seeds.
