Oats are an excellent source of quality carbohydrates, vegetable proteins, unsaturated fats, B vitamins and minerals such as iron, calcium and zinc. Beta-glucans (insoluble fiber) contained in oats contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. 100g of product contain more than 61% of the recommended daily quantity of beta-glucans, the beneficial effect of which is obtained with the daily intake of 3g of beta-glucans. Oats Flour, Serumproteins of ultrafiltered milk, egg white d 'egg powder, Calcium Caseinate, Thickener: Gelatin, leavening agents: Sodium diphosphate (E 450), sodium carbonate (E 500); Maltodextrins, Flavors, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sweeteners: Sucralose, Acesulfame K.
Milk, Soy, Egg, Gluten. It may contain traces of nuts, fish, sesame and other allergens.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat sources. Once opened, make sure to close the container properly. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
Mix 50 g of product with 50 ml of water with a fork until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. Preheat a non-stick pan over high heat for a few minutes and pour 1/3 of the mixture. Wait 30 seconds and turn the pancake, wait 15 seconds for the second side and your pancake is ready to be enjoyed hot naturally or with the garnish you prefer (peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, fresh fruit, chocolate etc.).
